This Chicken Club Sandwich is a hearty and delicious treat made with layers of crispy bacon, tender deli chicken breast, creamy mayonnaise, fresh lettuce, tomato, and American cheese, all stacked between toasted white bread.

Ingredients 

  • 3 slices white bread (1.5 for toasting, 1.5 for the sandwich)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices deli chicken breast
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  • Toast 1.5 slices of white bread until golden brown and crispy.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each of the 1.5 toasted bread slices.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayonnaise on each of the 1.5 slices.
  • Add one slice of deli chicken breast on top of the lettuce  on each slice.
  • Place one slice of American cheese over the chicken on each slice.
  • Layer with two slices of cooked bacon on each sandwich.
  • Add half a sliced tomato on top of the bacon on each sandwich.
  • Top each sandwich with one of the remaining untoasted bread slices.
  • Gently press the sandwiches together to secure the layers.
  • Optionally, cut the  sandwiches diagonally before serving.
