– sourdough starter – eggs – coconut oil – salt – sugar
Combine all ingredients except baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Add baking powder to the mixture and make sure it is fully mixed in.
Use a cooking spray of your choice to coat the waffle maker. Alternatively, you can use melted butter or melted coconut oil and spread that on the surface of a waffle maker.
Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When it's hot enough, pour in ⅓ -½ cup of batter.
Cook the waffles until they become golden brown (it usually takes 4-5 minutes but your waffle maker might require more or less cooking time).
