Sound familiar?
You Wanted Homemade Bread, Not a Second Job
- Your sourdough starter is sitting in the back of the fridge and you're not sure it's still alive.
- Your loaves came out flat, gummy, dense, or weirdly sour, and you don't know why.
- Every video and blog online tells you something different.
- Daily feedings and complicated schedules don't fit around school runs, work, and dinner.
- You bought a grain mill (or want one) but have no idea where to start with fresh-milled flour.
- You just want a few reliable recipes your family will actually eat.
Here's the good news: it doesn't have to be that way. Pick the step that matches where you are right now, and we'll bake from there.

nice to meet you
Hi! I'm Tina!
I'm a mom of three from Slovenia. Before I started sharing my baking, I worked as a lawyer (I have a Master's in Law and passed the bar exam). These days I spend much more time with dough than with deadlines.
My approach is inspired by my great-grandmother and the women before her, who baked bread alongside meals, chores, children, and gardens. I test everything in my own kitchen and focus on flexible timing and clear visual cues, so you can read your dough instead of relying only on the clock.

Kind words from students
What Home Bakers Are Saying
"I got your fresh milled sourdough course yesterday - it was the highlight of my week! I had so many "ah ha!" moments going through it. You connected the dots in a way that I had not managed to do on my own searching through the internet and having one mishap after the next in my kitchen for a few years now. I bought my grain mill 5 years ago and it has been used less than 20 times. You showed me how I can fit sourdough and fresh milled flour into my daily life with 4 kids and busy schedules. Thank you!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Which course should I start with?
If you're brand new or overwhelmed, start with the $7 Sourdough Crash Course. If you want the full picture (making a starter, fixing failed loaves, 4 everyday doughs, and discard recipes), go with Everyday Sourdough. If you bake with a grain mill or want to, Fresh Milled Sourdough Made Simple is for you. And if you already bake and just need a plan for your day, grab the free schedules.
Do I need a sourdough starter?
Everyday Sourdough shows you how to make a starter from scratch, then how to feed, store, and troubleshoot it. The Crash Course is for you if you have a starter or plan to get one, and it shows you how to tell when it's healthy and ready to bake. For Fresh Milled Sourdough Made Simple, you'll need an active starter. All-purpose or freshly milled both work, and I've included a guide to making both.
Do I need a grain mill?
Only for Fresh Milled Sourdough Made Simple. In the opening lessons, I cover choosing a mill, which tools you need (and don't need), which wheat berries to buy, where to find them, and how to store them.
Do I have to bake with 100% freshly milled flour?
No. My beginner loaf-pan recipe works with all-purpose flour, 100% freshly milled flour, or a blend. In the bake-along, I make one loaf with 25% freshly milled flour and another with 100%, so you can choose where to begin.
What if I don't have time?
These courses are made for busy lives. You don't need to bake every day. In Everyday Sourdough I give you what you need to bake around any schedule, and in Fresh Milled Sourdough Made Simple I share an example of my own baking week.
What if I've tried sourdough and failed before?
That's exactly who Everyday Sourdough is for. You'll learn the why behind what went wrong (flat, gummy, or over-proofed bread) and get the tools to make it right.
How long will I have access?
You get lifetime access, and I add new lessons and updates over time.
Is there a community?
Yes, Everyday Sourdough includes a private Facebook group where you can tag me with your questions. I check in several times a week.
What is your refund policy?
Everyday Sourdough comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and Fresh Milled Sourdough Made Simple with a 7-day one. If you feel it's not for you, just email me within that time for a full refund.
