This Is Where Your Sourdough Story Starts

As a busy mom, I know how challenging it can be to balance everything. That's why when it comes from cooking from scratch, I focus on practical, no-nonsense recipes and tips that can fit into busy schedules.
Some fun facts about me:
- I love traditional European recipes, and you'll see plenty of them on my blog and YouTube channel, Stretch and Folds.
- If I can put sourdough in something, I will-pancakes, cookies, crackers, anything.
- I was a competitive skier in primary school and even won a national championship a few times. Now my biggest race is getting dinner on the table before the kids get too hungry.
- I have a Master's in Law and passed the bar exam.
- As a European, I firmly believe bread goes with everything. There's a stereotype that we eat bread with bread, and it's absolutely true.
Whether it's baking bread, cooking from scratch, or making sure our house is clean without using harsh chemicals, I believe these goals can be achieved if we go slowly and add one thing at a time. And I'll help you with that as much as I possibly can!
