Instructions
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 6-inch bundt pan with cooking spray. Slice each biscuit into eight smaller pieces.
Shape each piece into a small ball using your hands.
Layer biscuit balls, spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, and chunks of brie inside the pan.
Continue layering more biscuit pieces, cranberry, and brie until the pan is filled.
Microwave the butter until melted, then drizzle it evenly over the top.
Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the bread is puffed, golden, and cooked through.
Allow the bread to rest in the pan for a few minutes.
Carefully inverting onto a serving plate and enjoy it warm.
