Comfort food doesn’t get easier than this Oven-Baked Cheese Tortellini with Meat Sauce. With layers of beefy tomato sauce, cheesy tortellini, and a golden baked top, it’s the kind of meal that works for any occasion, from busy weekdays to family get-togethers or cozy weekends at home.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and stir until the meat is browned.
While the beef cooks, prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Once the beef is done, drain any excess grease. Add the pasta sauce and ricotta cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce is smooth and combined.
Add the cooked tortellini and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour the mixture in. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes on the center rack, then switch to broil for about 3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
