Place the chicken, shredded carrots, and celery in the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and minced garlic, then pour in the chicken broth. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred it with forks, and return it to the crockpot. Add the gnocchi, flour, and heavy cream. Stir well and cook for another 20 minutes until the gnocchi is tender.
