This overnight oats recipe is a quick and healthy breakfast or snack. Just mix oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, and dried fruit in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy a ready-to-eat meal in the morning. It stays fresh for up to three days, making it great for meal prep!
Some dried fruit – my favorite to use are raisins and cranberrieschopped dates are great too!
Instructions
Add oats, milk, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to a jar.
Stir well to mix everything together.
Add dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, or chopped dates.
Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy!
They’ll stay good in the fridge for up to three days—after that, they get a bit too soft for my liking. Perfect for prepping over the weekend so you have a ready-to-go snack whenever you need one!
Notes
Feel free to add nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit in the morning to give your oats a little extra crunch and flavor.
