Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, hamburger seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Break the beef apart as it cooks until it’s no longer pink. Set it aside.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a casserole dish in a single layer.
Place 6 slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom buns.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the cheese.
Scatter the sliced mushrooms on top of the beef layer.
Add the remaining 6 slices of Swiss cheese over the mushrooms.
Place the top halves of the rolls over everything.
Melt the butter and mix in the remaining ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Brush this over the tops of the rolls to add flavor and help them brown.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 3 more minutes until the tops are golden. Let it cool for a minute, then slice into 12 sliders. Serve warm.
