  • 1 slice ripe avocado
  • ½ dice tomato
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

  • Begin by cutting the avocado in half, removing the pit and skin.  Then, slice the avocado thinly.
  • Wash and dice the tomato.
  • Toast the bread until it reaches your desired level of crunchiness.
  • Place the sliced avocado on the toasted bread, followed by the tomatoes and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy the right away.
